Sandi began her career in real estate while living in Hawaii where she was the manager of a real estate office, assisting the sales staff with marketing and coordinating listings and sales.
Her career has spanned administrative, marketing and managerial positions. She began working in the mortgage industry in 1993 and has assisted her clients in achieving the American dream of home ownership. She specializes in a one on one approach with each and every client, and concentrates on credit counseling and clean up, insuring that each borrower is able to obtain the best financing available. As a member since 2004 of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, Sandi has served the board of directors in the positions of President, 2008-2009; President-Elect, 2007-2008; Secretary, 2006, 2007; and Director/Sponsorship Chair, 2005-2006. She has also been a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers since 2004. Sandi has been a member since 1986 of Northern Business Associates, a leads group serving the Redding business community and of the Shasta County Board of Realtors MLS Affiliates Committee since 2003. In this position, she has volunteered her time to promote and support the local real estate sales agents and brokers by hosting numerous promotional events. She has been an active member of the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce since 1981 where she has volunteered in many chamber activities as well as being a member of the Anderson Chamber of Commerce since 2006.
