I work with all borrowers, but also specialize in the many different first time homebuyers programs. A lot of lenders don’t like to do the programs available to first time homebuyers, because they are very time and labor intensive. I purchased my first home when I was 19 years old and I was scared to death.
I believe that all borrowers need to be fully informed on the programs that are available to them, they need to take calls on weekends and after hours, this is so important when the question arises, it helps the client know that being comfortable with the entire process is my goal. I am there when the application starts, during, when they are signing final loan documents and any time after the loan closes when a question arises. My goal is to be your Loan Originator for Life.
The mortgage loan originator/officer is usually the borrower’s main point of contact throughout the entire home loan process.
My name is Chris Springer and I have been a Mortgage professional for over 30 years. I do a lot of research for the client to assure that they are first qualified for the program, and fully understand how the program works. I am licensed in many states and continue the education requirements so that I can provide financing when a client has relocated, or when one of my realtors needs my help with their clients.
