Why the Elite Barre Method Works
Founded and developed by Michele McEntire, the Elite Barre fitness method incorporates Ballet foundational movements with Calisthenics and Yoga. This unique workout, lengthens and strengthens muscles all while burning calories. By combining stretching, strengthening and cardio, the average participant burns up to 500 calories per class.* The Elite Barre Method targets hard to transform muscle groups including: Arms, Chest, Abs, Hips, Glutes, Outer Seat, Outer and Inner Thighs, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, and Feet.
